Based on the McGill University’s work on LMS selection e we have adapted the evaluation grid to define our needs. We have identified 6 prime key criteria which we thought were very important for our organisation. |

We have visited 5 other peer organisation with a survey on LMS and different topics. Afterward we have compared the different LMS with an evalutation grid. We've identified in advance some prime key features, these prime keys were very important for our organisation. All LMS achieved almost the same result, we have made a final descission based on the prime key criteria and an active community. |

We don't manage courses, sessions, teachers, participants in moodle. The organisation, management of the learning process happens in SAP. For this reason we have build a bridge between moodle and SAP. We've opted for an old, cheap and stable tchnology beeing an XML exchange. |
